Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Sound knowledge of local labor laws and international compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills in both English and Bengali.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple audits.
  • Training or certification in social compliance/audit (e.g., SA8000, ISO, BSCI).
  • Familiarity with Higg Index, ZDHC, or other environmental compliance tools.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with national labor laws, buyer codes of conduct, and industry standards.

  • Prepare for and support internal and external audits including buyer, third-party, and certification audits (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, and RWS, Higg Index etc.).

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for all compliance-related activities including CAPs (Corrective Action Plans), policies, and audit reports.

  • Conduct internal assessments and factory walk-throughs to identify non-compliance issues and recommend improvements.

  • Assist in implementing social compliance programs and trainings (e.g., fire safety, anti-harassment, health & safety, grievance handling).

  • Liaise with HR, production, and management to ensure consistent enforcement of compliance standards.

  • Monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with company and buyer standards.

  • Keep track of any changes in regulatory requirements and communicate them to relevant departments.Support sustainability and CSR initiatives in line with buyer and industry expectations.
