Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The applicants having experience in a well reputed 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Garments Industry will be given preference.
∎ To record daily accounting transaction in ERP system.
∎ To Maintain and update accounting records in accordance with company policies and procedures ·
∎ To ensure that all accounting source documents are accurately preserved and all financial activities are kept in true and fair manner.
∎ To undertake any other reasonable duties commensurate with the job title, as may be determined by the management.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on commercial Activities i.e. Export L/C, B2B L/C, Proceed realization, Loan Management & Adjustment, Bond etc.
∎ Monitor and ensure day to day Accounts & Financial activities are properly recorded into Books of Accounts and proper documentation.
∎ Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly Financial Report and submit to the management through software.
∎ Preparation and submission of monthly VAT returnAssists in finalization of tax and other Accounts of the company.
∎ Others tasks as directed by the management.Managing Banking Activities.
∎ Reconcile Bank Ledger with ledger of Accounts Dept.Reconcile party ledger.
∎ To monitor company accounts, cash and bank transaction.To prepare receipts and payment statements, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, financial statements etc.
∎ Ensure timely accurate data entry in accounting software.Daily banking with Company's various bank account.
