Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot desktop/laptop computers, printers, UPS, and network equipment.
∎ Configure and manage basic network devices (switches, routers, access points)Manage attendance & access control systems, CCTV, and Zebra Barcode Printers.
∎ Support and maintain Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)Ensure smooth operation of LAN/WAN infrastructure.
∎ Maintain IT inventory and documentationRespond promptly to user issues and resolve technical problems independently.
∎ User support physically & remotelySound knowledge is needed and helping ERP administration.
∎ Monitor and analysis System from all perspective·Video Conference (VC): Maintaining Video Conference system, CCTV: Maintaining DVR Server, PBX System: Maintaining PBX system, Maintain & Monitor troubleshooting- PC, Printer, Scanner, and new devices.
∎ Monitor troubleshooting and maintaining fingerprint / facial devices/ Biometric device etc.
∎ 100% Export Oriented compliance Knit Composite Garments Factory. We are looking a dynamic and self-driven professional for our IT department as Jr. Executive / Executive - IT. The position " Jr. Executive / Executive - IT " will driven the IT team as a leader to accomplish technology as per the requirements of the company.
