∎ Basic knowledge of computer hardware & software installing which user.
∎ Strong knowledge of jacquard elastic, Needle loom, and Drawstring Machine.
∎ Must be proficient in Email and Browsing
∎ Must be able to read and write English language.
∎ Must have 10 years of experience in NFD.
∎ Facility to work under pursuer.
∎ Strong knowledge of maintaining production plains & floors.
∎ To monitor production & Outside dyeing process.
∎ Strong knowledge of color shed & earn count.
∎ Must know how to organize documents well.
∎ It should be ensured that the production is cost-effective.
∎ As a designer, he must have creativity knowledge.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understanding the mechanics of jacquard weaving and elastic materials is crucial. This includes knowledge of yarn types, weaving techniques, and the properties of different elastic fibers.
∎ Jacquard designs are intricate and can involve complex patterns. Precision is important to ensure that the design translates well from the digital or paper sketch to the finished product.
∎ Designing jacquard patterns requires a good eye for aesthetics and the ability to create visually appealing designs. This involves an understanding of color theory, pattern composition, and current design trends.
∎ Working with jacquard and elastic materials can present unique challenges, such as maintaining pattern clarity or ensuring durability. A designer should be able to troubleshoot and find effective solutions.
∎ Being able to visualize how patterns will look in 3D, as well as understanding how they will interact with different types of fabrics and garments, is important for a successful design.
∎ Understanding how jacquard elastic is produced and the limitations of the manufacturing process can help in designing feasible and functional patterns.
∎ The ability to clearly communicate ideas and collaborate with manufacturers, clients, and other team members is important for ensuring the final product meets design specifications.
