∎ CSE/ Diploma in Network & PC trouble shooting

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ IT technical support executive will monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization.
∎ Installs and configures computer systems, diagnose hardware/ software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years experience in Network and software support.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/ software faults;
∎ Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
∎ Testing and evaluating new technology;
∎ Other admin / procurement duties.
