  1. Greet clients and ensure a welcoming salon experience

  2. Handle phone calls, messages, and walk-in customer inquiries

  3. Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage appointments

  4. Maintain accurate customer records and service history

  5. Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution

  6. Promote salon services, packages, memberships, and offers

  7. Assist with billing, payments, and basic reporting

  8. Ensure quality service, Maintain relation with customer.

  9. Coordinate with Service Provider & administration for smooth operations

  10. Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the salon area
