Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
∎ Diploma / BSc in CS/ CSE/ ETE/ IT from any reputed University
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support on the day-to-day IT operations of the company users. In person and support non-technical users who in distance can guided with patience.
∎ Installing, configuring, and maintaining Win OS plus investigating, diagnosing, and solving windows program problem, troubleshoot PC software and hardware faults.
∎ Operation of MS Office & Office management software. Outlook Configure & Troubleshooting with cloud.
∎ Hands-on experience in computer LAN setup and troubleshooting. Clear concept about TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, IP-routing, VPN, Sub-netting and Firewall.
∎ Configure and understand Mikrotik, Access Point, Wi-Fi Router, Switch smoothly.
∎ Monitor and flag suspicious behavior of users/accounts and bring security related concerns to the management's attention
∎ Log, track and escalate related IT issues to the correct entity. Responsible and take ownership till closure.
∎ Collaborating with external IT Vendors / service providers as per company needs.
∎ Look after of CCTV, Attendance Devices and Access control.
∎ Should be self-motivated and stay updated on new technologies, systems, and policies regarding IT infrastructure for assisting management
∎ Multitasking ability, attention to detail / detail oriented and prioritization of work in order of importance/deadline in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong Sense of Ethics & Confidentiality. Should be well behaved. Self-Motivated, Organized and Responsible. Hardworking, Honest & Flexible.
∎ Problem-solving ability and a strong sense of urgency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ OS - Windows, Linux, Ubuntu, Mikrotik & other network monitoring, Office applications
∎ Additionally, if have specialization on web development, Azure, SharePoint, O365
