∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Computer Science. Computer Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA
∎ Training/Trade Course: IT Support,server maintenance

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Engineering, Security, Health/ Safety & Fire, Maintenance, MICROSOFT OFFICE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Garments, IT Enabled Service, Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
∎ Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
∎ Setting up accounts for new users.
∎ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
∎ Testing new technology.
∎ Dealing with vendors regarding purchase, quotation and service issues.
∎ Assisting in Implementation of ERP and provide inhouse training if necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Problem-solving skills.
∎ An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
∎ An ability to prioritize and delegate.
∎ A keen eye for detail.
