• Strong knowledge of AQL, QC tools, and buyer quality standards.

• Hands-on experience in woven shirt/top production processes.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines

A renowned woven garments manufacturing unit is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Quality to ensure buyer-required quality standards for woven shirts/tops and to lead the quality team effectively.

• Ensure overall quality assurance & quality control of woven shirts/tops

• Monitor inline, end-line, and final inspections as per buyer requirements

• Implement and maintain AQL standards throughout production

• Identify quality issues and take corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)

• Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, and Technical teams to resolve defects

• Prepare factory for buyer audits, inspections, and visits

• Ensure fabric, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing quality standards

• Lead, train, and supervise quality inspectors and QA team

• Maintain quality-related reports and documentation
