∎ Retired Army Officer & having experienced in RMG industries security management will get preference.
∎ Need to have understanding on RMG industries security issues; security breaches, remedies etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the operations of the Security team, ensuring effective performance and adherence to company policies.
∎ Implement and enforce company-approved security policies across the organization, ensuring full compliance.
∎ Train the security team on safety protocols and best practices to maintain a secure and safe environment.
∎ Authorize gate passes and manage access control based on organizational requirements.
∎ Ensure the safety of company assets by effectively managing in-and-out processes.
∎ Develop and provide safety protocols for the honorable Board of Directors (BOD) during arrivals and departures.
∎ Address internal and external administrative issues and report incidents to the Board of Directors (BOD) promptly.
∎ Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to align security measures with overall organizational operations.
∎ Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve security measures and maintain safety standards.
∎ Conduct security risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
∎ Manage emergency response procedures and coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
∎ Develop and maintain crisis management plans to effectively respond to security incidents.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement of security processes through regular training and development programs for the security team.
∎ Foster a culture of security awareness and vigilance among all employees.
∎ Perform any task assigned by the honorable BOD.
∎ Job Context:
