Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Engineer providing support for implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems, they oversee and resolve problems of the server, network devices, storage, and client devices, support IT systems of all end users on a daily basis by monitoring, and troubleshooting.
∎ Manage and monitor all installed systems, support and infrastructure.
∎ Install, support and maintenance of enterprise servers and storage system
∎ Install and troubleshoot OS, e.g. Windows server 2012/2008.
∎ Strong understanding of email servers (Exchange, Office 365, Linux based open source) and configuration.
∎ Perform day-to-day operation of IP and PABX based telecom network.
∎ Recommend changes and implement to improve system health, system performance and network security.
∎ LAN survey and enterprise Wi-Fi solution (Configure, Maintenance and troubleshoot).
∎ Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
∎ Good phone etiquette, ability to provide excellent customer service.
∎ Ability to work under pressure (Day/Night Schedule).
∎ Travel to Regional offices for troubleshooting of IT related issues.
∎ Follow up on work done etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ ISDB-BISEW Networking Technologies completed person will get preference

Salary: Negotiable
