Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sound knowledge on endpoint security solutions, Firewall, LAN, Switching, Data backup, Microsoft cloud solutions, outlook, mail system, switch, router, IT security, DNS & DHCP etc.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
∎ CCTV System (IP Camera), PABX System, Attendance machine configure & maintenance.
∎ Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops. Communicates with vendors for technical support and program updates as needed to resolve.
∎ Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration, Diagnosis and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems.
∎ Adequate Knowledge in Hardware & Software & all kinds of IT equipment
∎ Should have strong communication skills in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & independently with fixed deadlines.
∎ We are seeking Executive/ Sr. Executive position for its IT Support team on an urgent basis. Candidates having to work in any ITES business concerns will be given preference. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
