∎ Diploma / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in CSE from a reputed university.
∎ Candidates having Professional Certification like Microsoft, CCNA, RHCE will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Support Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge on endpoint security solutions, Firewall, LAN, Switching, Data backup, Microsoft cloud solutions, outlook, mail system, switch, router, Optical network, IT security, DNS & DHCP etc.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
∎ CCTV System (IP Camera), PABX System, Attendance machine configure & maintenance.
∎ Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops.
∎ Communicates with vendors for technical support and program updates as needed to resolve.
∎ Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration,
∎ Diagnosis and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems.
∎ Adequate Knowledge in Hardware & Software and Multimedia & IT support for all kinds of IT equipment
∎ Should have strong communication skills in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & independently with fixed deadlines.

∎ Age 22 to 35 years
