Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, networks, software, printers and scanners
∎ Providing technical support across the company having specific problems related to IT devices like PC, Laptop, Printer, TAB, UPS and installed Software Application.
∎ Responsible for maintenance, protection & development of company's IT systems such as Access Control, Surveillance systems, etc. and performs routine monitoring of all the installed systems.
∎ Responsible for Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and configuration of LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi equipment.
∎ Should be able to configure Cisco, Mikrotik & other Wi-Fi router.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
∎ Coordinate with the vendors/providers for their prompt supports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years or above working experience in large and medium-sized Group of Company.
∎ Skill for Windows, Windows Server, Mac OS & Linux.
∎ Master the technology of the current mainstream network (LAN and WAN), routing and switching.
∎ Be proficient in knowledge of network theory and have good practical ability.
∎ Be proficient in the implementation of weak current engineering project.
∎ Have a high sense of responsibility and strong skills in fault analysis and troubleshooting, be able to work under pressure.
∎ Having working experience in Network & Hardware trouble shooting in any reputed Garments Factory will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
