Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support role or similar.
∎ Highly advanced analytical abilities with operational vision.
∎ Minimum Bachelor's Degree - in Computer Science / Information Technology
∎ Should have a good understanding of networking including IP addresses, switching, routing, and protocols like DHCP, DNS, IMAP, POP3, SMTP, LDAP, etc.
∎ Should have a good understanding of Windows Server, Windows 10/7, computer hardware, O365
∎ Should possess good communication and troubleshooting skills.

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Networks, Computer Troubleshooting, Hardware & Networking, IT Support Service, IT System Management, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Switches/ Routers, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, ISP, IT Enabled Service
Job Context:
∎ Project-based contractual job.
∎ Contract Duration: 2 Years. (maybe extended by the Company, if required)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In charge of the development, implementation administration, and maintenance of all IT assets as per the company procedures and rules.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.
∎ Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements in coordination with the India IT department
∎ Manage internal/external application upgrades.
∎ Define and improve all system and network operations processes.
∎ Manage external vendors' relationships and services (equipment suppliers, Internet providers, etc...)
∎ Manage and up-date Project Intranet website
∎ Insure assistance and troubleshooting of equipment and software used by the company employees
∎ Design, implement, and maintain office LAN, MAN, WAN, workstations, and other IT equipment. Configure and test computer hardware, networking software, and operating system.
∎ Monitoring Radio Network all site & coordinate to the ISP if necessary.
∎ Monitoring Wireless Access Point & Wireless controller maintenance & modify Network if necessary.
∎ Coordinate and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware & Domain Control.
∎ Network Traffic Control by Wireless Controller & Manage Rolls & Regulation by Standard of Company.
∎ Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures and maintain control.
∎ Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations from Server daily basis.
∎ Hardware maintenance and troubleshoot Hardware problems of System, Printer, Scanner, Projector, UPS & take necessary action. Diagnose hardware and software problems and replace defective components.
∎ Maintain CCTV security System at site & monitoring.
∎ Data Backup from CCTV monthly basis.
∎ IT Support at user end as per requirements.
∎ Setting up IT Asset & Accounts (email, O365, MS Teams) for new users.
∎ Time to time reports to management on overall IT Services.
∎ Any other related tasks assigned by the SUEZ headquarter.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
