Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ Graduated from a Master specializing in finance, management control or accounting, you have a first significant experience (work-study, long-term internship, etc.) within a financial department.
∎ Skills Required: Cost and budget, Cost control, Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Cost and budget, Cost control, Finance Management, Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms, Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies
Job Context:
∎ Project-based contractual job.
∎ Contract Duration: 2 Years. (maybe extended by the Company, if required)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis of real variances and preparation of project budget
∎ Preparation of the monthly management report,
∎ Production of financial and cash flow reporting for Headquarters,
∎ Respect deadlines and be a part of the consolidation of the SNC financial statements
∎ Preparation of estimates,
∎ Administrative and financial support for the project management team,
∎ Preparation of invoices (IPC) according to FIDIC construction standards,
∎ Monitoring of payment of customer invoices,
∎ Monitoring of subcontracting and supply contracts,
∎ Monitoring of the correct conformity of invoices received and their payment deadlines,
∎ Assistance to operational staff for the issuance of orders until payment to suppliers.
∎ Assistance in the Tax follow-up
∎ Manage internal and external audits.
∎ Handle any ad hoc assignments as and when required by the Management.
∎ Frequent visits to the Construction Sites.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Minimum of 3 years' experience in cost controller role or similar.
∎ Construction experience preferred
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cost Control & Management Accounting
∎ Pack mastery office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access...)
∎ Rigor, initiative, and ability to adapt
∎ Computer literacy & expertise in software handling (ERP, SAP, etc. preferable)
∎ Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
