Experience:
Salam Group of Industries (Salam Steel) is looking for a skilled and responsible IT Officer to manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, ERP systems, biometric attendance, web hosting, networking, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate must have expertise in troubleshooting, software installation, ERP maintenance, and digital media management.
Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
Install and configure Windows and other software.
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot networks (Router, Switch, Firewall).
Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
Set up and maintain intercom systems, including location/extension number configuration and troubleshooting.
Maintain, upgrade, and resolve issues in ERP software.
Monitor Cyber-Security, risk detection, and prevention.
Manage web hosting, mail hosting (host mail) setup, and maintenance.
Manage the official Facebook page, including content posting, boosting, and digital promotion.
Develop and maintain websites (WordPress/Custom).
Provide support in Photoshop/graphic design tasks.
Manage and maintain the biometric attendance machine and server, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates in the biometric software.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
