Responsibilities & Context:
Serving as the hardware, software, or network issues, and providing timely and effective troubleshooting and problem-solving, either in person or remotely.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, networks, and peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners, Photocopy Machine) to ensure they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
Monitoring the company`s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs), and data storage, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and minimal downtime.
Implementing and enforcing IT security policies and procedures, including access controls, data backup and recovery procedures, and antivirus protection, to safeguard company information from threats.
Managing user accounts and access permissions, and maintaining an accurate inventory and documentation of all IT hardware and software assets and licenses.
Assisting in the procurement process for new hardware and software, evaluating new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity, and collaborating with vendors and service providers.
Providing training and guidance to employees on the proper use of IT systems and software, and creating and maintaining technical documentation and user guides.
Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka.
