∎ Must have knowledge about hardware and networking.
∎ He should find out hardware problem and must give solution.
∎ Must have experience in Network configuration (wireless and wire)·
∎ Troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop, Computer hardware, software and networking problems
∎ Knowledge of antivirus, Network Printer, Scanner, Photocopier, PABX.
∎ Should have well knowledge on online & offline IPS & UPS
∎ Must have knowledge about hardware and networking.
∎ He should find out hardware problem and must give solution.
∎ Must have experience in Network configuration (wireless and wire)·
∎ Troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop, Computer hardware, software and networking problems
∎ Knowledge of antivirus, Network Printer, Scanner, Photocopier, PABX.
∎ Should have well knowledge on online & offline IPS & UPS

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
∎ Understanding LAN / WAN equipment's like Router, Switch, AP and Server for proper Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
∎ Identifying and monitoring recurring requirements for all computer/laptop users, and formulating and implementing desired solutions for them accordingly.
∎ printers, LaserJet printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV cameras, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors, etc. maintenance and Troubleshooting.
∎ Maintenance of Online/Offline UPS.
∎ Able to communicate with each user in a professional manner.
∎ FortiGate and Mikrotik knowledge is PLUS.
