Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors' degree in IT/CSE is preferrable.
∎ Candidates from any background having sufficient skills in IT are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA/Routing/RHCSA/MTCNA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge about client support (ISP infrastructure, Router, Switch, Cable maintenance, Connection testing)
∎ Should have good understand about technologies and standards.
∎ Good knowledge about Computer Hardware, Software's & LAN/WAN.
∎ Good experience in Graphic Design (Photoshop & Illustrator).
∎ Proficient in the operation of all related fiber tools and equipment.
∎ Must be able to maintain & solve issues on company email servers, printers, sharing networks etc.
∎ Should have Strong Knowledge on network security, Configuration & Implementation, Network & Hardware Support
∎ Need to know Windows and MAC operating system, Microsoft Outlook (mail, calendar, contact etc.), office 365, one drive, integrate office 365 and AD, migrate exchange server.
∎ High speed typing in Bengali and English will get preference.
∎ CCTV & Bio-metrics attendance system server, monitor & troubleshoot.
∎ Maintain local server and all other related equipments.
∎ Strong knowledge of mail servers, settings & trouble shoot.
∎ Upload products to our Ecommerce website.
∎ Data entry, maintain and report prepare in MS Excel, Word & Power point.
∎ Optimize website in SEO (will be trained up for fresher's).
∎ Manage and update IT inventory, Documentation and monthly report.
∎ Ability to work in dynamic fast paced environment.
∎ Ability to communicate with other staffs.
∎ Ability to handle on-call responsibilities.
∎ Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
∎ Proactive, self-motivated and self-started with a positive attitude
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned by senior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Technically sound with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) is mandatory.
∎ Create & understand SQL queries (MySql/PostgreSQL), HTML, CSS will get preference.
∎ Excellent computer operating skills, Concepts of networking and internet ,IT system (LAN, WAN, and WiFi network)
Salary: Negotiable
