∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the smooth functioning of all IT infrastructure such as servers and network connections, besides hardware and software
∎ Analyze the requirements of the organization and organize the IT resources of the company accordingly
∎ Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software problems (pc, laptop, printer, barcode scanner, Inventory software, UPS/IPS, etc.)
∎ Provide troubleshooting solutions. Organizing data, storing them securely and creating backups

∎ Perform day-to-day operation of IP and Payroll/attendance software.
∎ Recommend changes and implement to improve system health, system performance and network security.
∎ Give support to management by performing admin related works as per requirements.
∎ Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
∎ Update office policies as needed.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 17000 - 22000 (Monthly)
