Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
∎ Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
∎ Performing day to day assign job.
∎ Attend internal and external meetings.
∎ Participate in team-building activities.
∎ Develop a report with customers.
∎ Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience.
∎ Complete other business-related task under instruction from board of directors.
