Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure high levels of customer service.
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Communication with clients daily to understand their needs and provide required information.
Maintain accurate records of client’s import related data and send report to client.
Process and Follow up Customs Examination, Assessment, and Delivery of shipments.
Provide accurate H.S. code, LC Update, Vessel Arrival, Container Unsnuffing related information to clients.
Apply knowledge of Customs Tariff HS CODE, Customs SRO.
Provides regular updates to management.
