∎ Proficiency in hotel management software (like Flex ,OPERA, IDS, or Cloudbeds,)
∎ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
∎ Familiarity with firewalls, switches, routers, and security systems
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage hotel management software, booking engines, and POS systems
∎ Monitor network performance and maintain IT infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, etc.)
∎ Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and systems
∎ Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services and procurements
∎ Perform routine data backups and system security checks
∎ Provide technical support to staff and ensure minimal downtime
∎ Ensure compliance with data privacy and cyber-security policies
∎ Job Responsibilities:
