Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management or a related field

• Professional certification in hospitality management will be an added advantage

• Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel operations

• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within Rooms Division

• Experience in reputed hotels or resorts will be preferred

• Required Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent guest service and communication skills

• Sound knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, and PMS systems

• Ability to manage operations under pressure

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Good reporting and analytical skills

• Age Requirement: 30 to 45 years (Relaxable for highly experienced candidates)

• Oversee and manage all Rooms Division operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services

• Ensure smooth daily operations to deliver high standards of guest satisfaction

• Monitor room inventory, occupancy, room rates, and yield management in coordination with Sales & Revenue teams

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards

• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution

• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Security, Sales, and F&B departments

• Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness of guest rooms and public areas

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports

• Train, motivate, and evaluate Rooms Division staff

• Ensure safety, security, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
