Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science, Hardware or Networking Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Hardware or Networking Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge on network design and implementation.
∎ Network troubleshooting for LAN and Wi-Fi.
∎ Providing strong IT & data security for every workstation.
∎ Monitoring and reporting for any sorts of network and system failure.
∎ Dealing with vendor and take necessary action.
∎ Maintenance of the website.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, printers and scanners.
∎ Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
∎ Setting up and troubleshooting E-mail accounts with Outlook (2007, 2010 and 2013).
∎ Maintaining records of software licenses and IT inventory such as Laptop, Desktop, UPS, Printer, Scanner etc.
∎ Managing stocks of network equipment and other IT materials for critical issues.
∎ Taking care of CCTV (IP Camera) and regular monitoring
∎ Taking care of access control (finger print) and downloading data from reader daily.
∎ Keep daily work log for every technical support
∎ Liaise with Event Coordinator, Marketing and Communication Manager
∎ Knowledge in graphics design.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Up-to-date knowledge and skills on latest developments in the IT systems field
∎ Ability to train and support staff on IT
∎ Ability to work under pressure within the office
∎ Demonstrated experience in Windows operating systems
∎ High level of computer literacy, knowledge of a range of PC based computer programs
