Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analys existing ERP processes and find a better way to improve them.
∎ Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and calculate the ROI of the projects.
∎ Communicate with end users and top management to gather requirements and understand the project with flowchart before preparing the Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
∎ Track and audit existing ERP modules, prepare user manuals, encourage users, and motivate them for efficient and error-free ERP use.
∎ Communicate and track with the software development team for requirement details sharing and development updates.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Quickly learn new project requirements and have to prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
∎ Good written English and Regional skills (Good English Speaking would be advantage).
∎ Optimize existing processes and provide ongoing feedback on tools and processes.
∎ Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
∎ Excellent people, presentation and social skills.
∎ Creative problem-solving and analysis skills.
∎ General knowledge of the garments industry, and how operations in the production process are carried out. (Optional).
