Working Experience

• Minimum  (3) years of working experience in relevant field (only full-time work experience after graduation will be considered).

• Highly computer literate experienced on relevant field.

• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years of age on the last date of application.

Background: DoPeace.org is a donor agency providing financial support to NGOs to implement the slum based children’s education program. The IT expert to lead and manage our technology initiatives, support software and application development, oversee remote networking, and enhance our online education platforms. The ideal candidate will also manage CRM applications and website design, ensuring seamless digital experiences for our organization and clients.

Project Objectives

• To lead and manage our technology initiatives, support software and application development.

• To ensure seamless digital experiences for our organization and clients.

Project Working Areas: The Rangpur District.

Duration: The employee will initially be hired for a one-year term and it may extend for further period even for uncertain period.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The ‘IT Manager’s (male/Female) duties and responsibilities, which are essential but not limited to:

• We are seeking a skilled IT Expert to lead and manage our technology initiatives including support software and application development
• Oversee remote networking, and enhance our online education platforms.
• The ideal candidate will also manage CRM applications and website design, ensuring seamless digital experiences for our organization and clients.
• Maintain liaison and linkages DoPeace officials.
• Report to senior management regarding project progress regularly.
• Any other tasks or duties assigned by the senior management of the DoPeace have to perform within the stipulated timeframce.
• Further, the employee need to have fluency in spoken and written English.

• Monthly consolidated salary is BDT 35,000-40,000 (Consolidated) but we may offer higher salary in case of highly potential candidate.
