  • The employee needs to have Fluency in spoken and writing in English as he has to communicate with American clients and PITC management.

  • Candidates must be willing to work according to U.S. office hours, which is at the night shift in Bangladesh.

Responsibilities & Context Background and job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Executive- Telemarketing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for Communication with foreign client, sales & customer handling.

The project will deal with the following duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Able to make communication with the native Americans on calls and assist them providing different service information.

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.

  • Deliver clear, confident, and persuasive communication to generate interest and build rapport.

  • Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored goods or service information.

  • Qualify leads to identify genuine business opportunities and forward them to the sales team.

  • Assist in closing sales by addressing objections, providing solutions, and reinforcing value.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales progress in CRM systems.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, Do-Not-Call lists, and organizational policies.

  • Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving minor issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Manage time efficiently to meet daily call targets, follow-ups, and reporting requirements.

  • Continuously update knowledge of products/services to deliver accurate and effective sales pitches.

  • Adapt communication strategies based on customer profiles and interaction outcomes.

  • Support sales and marketing campaigns through telephone outreach and follow-up calls.
