Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE or Equivalent
∎ Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or any other equivalent qualification.
∎ Skills Required: Hardware Engineer, Network Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware & Networking, Hardware Engineer, IT Support Service, System Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ User administration (setup and maintaining account), maintaining system and verifying that peripherals are working properly.
∎ Updating system as soon as new version of OS, anti-virus and application software comes out.
∎ Responsible for the operation and administration of the company's internal networks, servers, email (MS Outlook), and network security systems. Ability to Investigate & Network, Hardware & Software problems.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system.
∎ Apply patches and upgrades to OS
∎ Provide IT support to the users.
∎ Data backup, troubleshooting, tuning, checking, configuration as required by the authority.
∎ Up to date knowledge on IT Technology Hardware and software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong knowledge on LAN/MAN/WAN and TCP/IP Network.
∎ Printer configurations, share, printer troubleshooting.
∎ Knowledge on Mail, DNS, Proxy, Firewall, FTP, Web server etc.
∎ Applicant should have knowledge about Hardware & networking.
∎ Good presentation, reporting and communication skills.
∎ Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and flexible working hours.
∎ Effective verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s).
∎ Network Engineer/ Network and System administrator, Hardware Engineer, Security Management of IT System.
