Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Any vendor certifications will be considered as added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT Management, IT Support Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead & Follow up with the IT team regarding all IT tasks and ensure the proper operation of all IT systems.
∎ Ensuring complete IT support to the end-users regarding software, hardware, network issues, email issues, ERP Software issues.
∎ Running smooth internet service, implementing IT policies, Distribution and allocation of Internet bandwidth to the end-user through Mikrotik Router.
∎ Installing, configuring & troubleshooting operating systems & software for desktop, laptop, MacBook & iPads, smartphones, routers, switches, printers, photocopy machines.
∎ Planning & implementation including maintenance & support of Payroll, Accounting software, ERP system.
∎ Maintaining Biometric Fingerprint attendance system integrated with Payroll software system.
∎ Maintaining, installing and configuring, remote/ online view of CCTV System for the company.
∎ Leading the IT purchase and procurement
∎ Preparing and updating documentation for all required reports.
∎ Administrating, and updating the Company website as per company requirements.
∎ Administrate Email (Office 365/ Gmail), configuring email accounts to outlook and all devices, taking backup of emails regularly.
∎ Establish local file sharing environment and keep it up and running
∎ Should have sound knowledge & professional experience of using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and latest Graphics design software.
∎ Handling Job circulars (Bdjobs) and interviews as per instructions of Management.
∎ You have to be more than Patience.
