Responsibilities & Context:
Expert in all IT support and troubleshooting activities related to Servers, Structured Networking & VPN, and Internet Connectivity.
Router`s, Wi-Fi Devices, Network Attached Storage (NAS), Firewall installation, Network printers.
IP Based Video Surveillance, Access Control Devices & Attendance-Payroll System.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, Server System, operating systems, and applications.
Managing and maintaining MikroTiK router, load balancing and bandwidth control.
Maintaining and Monitoring, Troubleshooting Windows Active Directory System (Windows 2003 Server), Supporting SQL server and Anti-Virus Application.
Providing Support to Corporate Computer users and Smartphone users (IOS & Android) and any other handheld devices.
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources.
Reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as data backups.
