• Strong skills in sketching, illustration, and digital design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Knowledge of materials, sewing patterns, and production techniques for plush toys.
• Creativity and the ability to turn ideas into fun, engaging, and safe toy designs.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding toy safety regulations is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written

• Design and develop unique plush toy concepts based on customer demands.
• Create detailed sketches, illustrations, and digital renderings of toy designs.
• Select appropriate fabrics, materials, and textures for the best quality and safety.
• Work closely with production teams to develop prototypes and refine designs.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align designs with branding and market needs.
• Ensure all designs meet safety and compliance standards for children's toys.
• Need experience with pattern modification with CAD team.
• Sharp eyes to compare customer samples and counter samples.
