ERP Implementation, Hardware & Networking, IT System Management, Security Management of IT System, Software Quality Assurance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and Implement organizational IT policy, rules and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) so far develop a full control & secure IT network for Factory & Head office.
∎ Managing operations such as computer networks, hardware, software, and other IT infrastructure to ensure it is functioning properly.
∎ Responsible for maintaining, protecting & developing company's IT systems such as Access level maintain, Access Control, secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation systemically.
∎ Researching new technologies and products that could help the company achieve its goal.
∎ Establishing policies and procedures for an organization's computing needs and implementing new technologies to improve productivity and efficiency.
∎ Approve, prioritize, and control projects as like as ERP and the project portfolio as they relate to the selection, acquisition, development, and installation of major information systems.
∎ Look after all ERP related support needs and provide proper analysis on ERP functionalities based on the business process and requirements.
∎ Facilitate effective ERP design and implementation by converting each business process's SOP to an automated system.
∎ Provide IT supports for desktop, laptop & also require troubleshoot all IT Equipment & Solving Problems (Printer, UPS, IPS, Switch, Router, Desktop PC, Laptop & system in used).
∎ Provide comprehensive training on ERP system adaptation to end users.
∎ Ensure day to day operational support as and when required to ensure error free ERP operations.
∎ Discover new functionalities to improve continuous ERP operational activities and identify risks / loopholes.
∎ Look after the Server & secure the server and ensure daily backup and data recovery in line with all technical resources.
∎ Responsible for entry in the system all types of data and ensure different type of MIS report as per management required.
∎ CCTV System (IP Camera), Attendance machine configure & maintenance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Considerable knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations.
∎ Substantial exposure to data processing, Enterprise, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems
∎ Good understanding of computer systems characteristics, features, and integration capabilities.
∎ Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to day-to-day management.
∎ Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
∎ Knowledge of the software development life cycle methodologies, processes, and procedures.
