Responsible and accountable for Continuous Improvement Culture and efficiencies across the Company’s products, systems, operations and processes.
Working with the Management to contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice KAIZEN & Lean Tools, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver KAIZEN & Lean Tools Implementation projects, including the engagement of internal resources.
Conduct risk assessments of processes regarding KAIZEN & Lean Tools Implementation and tasks in the department.
Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify Value added and Non Value added activities under the supervision of the Management.
Conduct Training session with operational employees on Standard Operating Procedure, Quality, Lean Tools, and Visual Management.
Identify business and process improvement opportunities by using TIMWOOD within the organisation and communicate to immediate superior.
Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere for KAIZEN & Lean Tools Project Implementation.
Attend and Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolve problems by using CAPAS.
Attend and undertake continuous training on KAIZEN & Lean Tools Project Implementation and development best practices for organization after taking with reporting Management.
Attend various KAIZEN & Lean Tools Implementation Project meetings and action/communicate with KAIZEN & Lean Tools Project team members.
Undertake KAIZEN & Lean Tools Project implementation & process analysis, statistical analysis for Continuous Improvement projects.
Conduct Time & Motion study in all processes for people optimization/workflow optimization/process optimization.
Coordination with KAIZEN & Lean Tools Project Team members regarding meeting, training, data collection, and brainstorming sessions.
Attend the Quality Circles team meeting regarding identifying areas for improvement and communicate with immediate superior to take action.
Ensure relevant on-going learning activities and development of all employees in Lean improvement tools and communication methods.
Report to immediate superior on achievement on KAIZEN & Lean Tools Implementation and identify any actions required.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with KAIZEN & Lean Tools Project team members to ensure optimal performance.
