∎ Diploma in Computer
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for check cc camera, telephone and network cable connection daily and take action accordingly to fix Telephone problem.
∎ IDS and Email setup in user’s PC, POS System and POS printers, Scanners, photocopy maintenance and fix issues.
∎ Lobby Display Board content status check and update daily
∎ PA-System update and run daily
∎ Television and remote setup and fix the issues
∎ Door card setup and maintenance for users as need.
∎ Troubleshooting and maintenance of all old or new Desktop, Laptop, POS machine, check internet connection for office users and guests and fix
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good level English is required
∎ Must be able to deal effectively with guests, other departments, and employees
∎ Guest-oriented and service-minded
∎ Must be able to multitask
∎ Must be able to be calm and friendly under pressure
∎ Must be willing to work long hours during high occupancy
∎ Well-groomed
