Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Travel management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure driver management, fuel management and supervision.
∎ Ensure that all components of the vehicle are properly maintained and inspected frequently.
∎ Maintaining service records of all vehicles & check all relevant bills and vouchers before sending for final approval
∎ Verifying of fuel consumption of all vehicle by checking and controlling KPL (kilometres per liter) of each one.
∎ Contract with BRTA & civil government to take administrative responsibility for transparent transport activities.
∎ Making the schedule for all transportation requirements in advance.
∎ Plan and ensure guest pick and drop are arranged as per scheduled and timely manner
∎ Ensure the proper rotation of drivers and cars
∎ To be aware at all time of the condition of the cars and take immediate corrective action if necessary
∎ To change the allocation cars and buses if sudden problems arise
∎ To ensure that the vehicles are at the required times at the required locations
∎ Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements
∎ Booking cars from suppliers if needed and negotiate prices
∎ To give priority to guests transportation
∎ To give proper instruction to the drivers
∎ Prepare timely all guest bills and ensure that they are posted in the correct folio
∎ Reports any problem or incident immediately to the superior
∎ Writes reports regarding incidents
∎ Ensures that drive’s fill up the check lists and send it to security
∎ Ensure that drivers stay in their holding area
∎ Prepare and conduct training for drivers on basic service etiquette, personal hygiene and grooming
∎ Ensure grooming and personal hygiene of the drivers on duty
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Professional level of English is required
∎ Dynamic, motivate, energetic and pro – active
∎ Ability to integrate the future into decision-making process.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
