∎ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering / Software Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
∎ Training or experience in above mentioned technical skill are preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Data Analysis, Database, MS Power BI.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), Software Implementation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding, Experience domain knowledge, and capturing the technical requirements for software system.
∎ Possess handsome knowledge on ERP, Commercial, Procurement, Fixed Assets Management, inventory management & Integrate Accounting system.
∎ Interpret Software system, analyze documents using standard modeling/ techniques, and provide system design.
∎ Understand the functionality of the system.
∎ Perform day-to-day administration of the ERP system.
∎ Manage system user access, permissions, and security.
∎ Manage system customizations (user fields, calculations, constants).
∎ Understand user roles and responsibilities in the system.
∎ Provide user documentation and training for the system.
∎ Work with end-users and managers to identify solutions that meet their business needs.
∎ Review and approve requested enhancements to ERP.
∎ Identify opportunities for implementation of features or enhancements to improve efficiencies.
∎ Troubleshoot, research, and document reported issues and open support tickets with the vendor.
∎ Provide ERP application support for all users across the firm.
∎ Lead projects with operational leaders to drive ERP & process improvement.
