∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent from Public or UGS approved University.
∎ Ensure smooth operation and Branch Support.
∎ EOD, EOM, QEOY, HEOY, EOY execution.
∎ CL and GL reconciliation.
∎ Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely accurate various report submission.
∎ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Good Documentation such as preparing procedures, diagrams related to Database.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong command of the English language and good communication and teamwork skills.
∎ At least 2 years in Islamic CBS Technology and minimum overall 4 years in Information Technology.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborated with vendors and business teams to successfully implement the Islamic Core Banking System (CBS) and Branch Banking Operations.
∎ Proven Understanding of Islamic Banking CBS that will be utilized for Islamic Banking Product Developments.
∎ Integration of Islamic Banking CBS with various Banking application.
∎ Managed Islamic Banking CBS operations, including patch deployment, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before production updates, bug/error logging and vendor coordination for issue resolution. Ensured seamless system alignment with evolving business requirements.
∎ Provided real-time technical support, troubleshooting system issues to ensure uninterrupted transaction processing within the Investment, General Banking, Trade Finance and Treasury Module.
∎ Executed operational troubleshooting, promptly identifying and resolving errors to minimize disruptions in daily banking operations.
∎ Configured and maintained system parameters for the Investment, General Banking, Trade Finance, Treasury Module and ensuring compliance with business needs and regulatory standards.
∎ Integrated multiple transaction channels with CBS, including Card Management System, BEFTN, RTGS, NPSB, IB, SWIFT and MFS, optimizing transaction processing.
∎ Implemented role-based access controls in alignment with the latest ICT Security guideline/Policy and CBS guidelines by Regulatory authorities and the Bank.
∎ Ensured compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining system integrity within the Investment, General Banking, Trade Finance and Treasury Module.
