Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide day-to-day IT support to the users when IT equipment or network malfunction.
∎ Responsible for a prepared different type of MIS report as per required.
∎ Video Conference Support provide like Zoom, Teams meeting.
∎ Installing and configuring computer software, systems, network, printers, and scanners.
∎ Assist for our blog posts, articles, social media content, and press releases align with our brand guidelines.
∎ Work with the marketing team to ensure the marketing materials have a consistent messaging.
∎ To assist in managing and handling full spectrum of Corporate Affairs related matters.
∎ Organizing, compiling, and updating company records and documentation.
∎ Handling various administrative works such as answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages, making appointments, ordering office supplies, scheduling inter-departmental meetings, and arranging food and other necessities.
∎ Assisting the HR department in recruiting activities such as scheduling interviews, on- boarding candidates, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Positive attitude and dedicated to the job with willing to work for long time.
∎ Carry out Special Duty assigned by the management.

Salary: Negotiable
