Educational Requirements:
∎ Higher Diploma/ Degree holder in Information System or related discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders of the application system to translate business requests into technical concepts
∎ Analyse, design and map business requirements to system/technical requirements and coordinate with developers to implement technology solutions
∎ Oversee the operation project and ensure any changes or updates are being followed up in the process
∎ Assist in UAT testing and ensure business objectives are met
∎ Provide 2nd tier support and help regarding troubleshooting and deliver technical training to end-users
∎ Prepare training contents, e.g. user manuals, documentation for the new application features

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1-year responsible experience related to the project management or business analysis within an application development team
∎ Good concept on B2B e-commerce process
∎ Ability to take initiatives and manage multiple priorities
∎ Self-directed, organised, customer-oriented, strong passion for project management
∎ Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
