We are seeking a dynamic and skilled IT Business Analyst & ERP Specialist to join our Group of Companies. This role requires strong expertise in business analysis, ERP development and implementation, AI-driven process automation, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technology solutions, driving efficiency, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Serve as a core member of the automation team, analyzing operational activities across back-office and production functions.
Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation using custom applications, workflow automation, and AI-powered tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation goals and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Map and optimize business workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Prepare business and functional specifications to support system and process improvements.
Manage and support multiple customized ERP systems including Odoo, Lighthouse, Tally, Procurement, and Cash Cycle Management software.
Lead ERP customization and enhancement projects by gathering user requirements, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with developers.
Oversee the complete development lifecycle — from requirement analysis to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and final delivery.
Provide end-user training, system documentation, and post-implementation support.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for ERP upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvements.
Lead and monitor ERP and automation projects across group companies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and business alignment.
Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and communicate outcomes to management.
