Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support for JimiIoT's full product line, including hardware/firmware configurations, architectures, testing, debugging, and fault isolation. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for offering quick responses and on-site support to all JimiIoT customers located in Bangladesh. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to offer feasible JimiIoT solutions to customers based on their application requirements. Business trips will be necessary for on-site support.

∎ If you have a strong background in technical support and a passion for IoT technology, we encourage you to apply. The ideal candidate will have experience with hardware/firmware configurations, architectures, testing, debugging, and fault isolation, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Familiar with USB driver, AT commands, SMS, Voice, TCP/IP processing etc.
∎ Good understanding about telecommunication systems
