Experience:
You will own day to day business growth and marketing execution for Dupno Tracker. This is a hands on role. You will work closely with sales, support, tech, and leadership teams. Your success will be measured by revenue growth, lead quality, conversions, and customer retention.
Daily Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through digital, field, and partner channels
Follow up on inbound leads and support the sales team in closing deals
Meet corporate clients, fleet owners, and channel partners
Prepare proposals, demos, pricing, and onboarding support
Track daily sales activity using CRM and internal reports
Maintain Schedule for the upcoming sales of the day and next day
Business Development Context
Identify new market segments such as logistics, ride sharing, delivery, SMEs, and enterprises
Build long term relationships with resellers, dealers, and corporate accounts
Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements
Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and market movement
Marketing Context
Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns aligned with sales targets
Manage social media, content, and basic performance marketing activities
Coordinate campaign creatives, offers, and landing messages
Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal sales drives
Internal Coordination
Work with support and tech teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
Share customer feedback to improve product features and service quality
Align daily priorities with management goals and weekly targets
