Educational Requirements:
∎ A Level in Business Studies, Diploma in Business Studies in Business Studies
∎ HSC, A-Level, O-Level, BBA will be highly preferred.
∎ Graduation is ongoing under the national university.
∎ Educational background doesn't really matter for us if you can speak English like a native English speaker and have common-sense then apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): billing process, Customer Care, Telemarketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming calls
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with the client through outgoing calls
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
∎ Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
∎ Manage large amounts of CRM / Bookkeeping entries according to the prescribed format
∎ Create & update transactions to the bookkeeping system and other related software.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven customer support experience will be a plus
∎ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Fluency in both Bengali and English
∎ Properly record customer complains and solves accordingly.
∎ Good knowledge over google collaboration tools such as Google Sheet/Google Doc Meet Zoom.
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
∎ Own Laptop and android mobile will be a plus.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 14000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly Sales Commission & Target achieve comission

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Profit share
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
