Job Context:
∎ Designation: Commensurate with experience.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assume responsibility / provide key inputs for various aspects of the investment process.
∎ Developing and maintaining financial models for transactions.
∎ Analyzing financial statements of private companies, including a review of partnership portfolio, company valuations and cash flows.
∎ Use a variety of valuation techniques and provide advice to client base on investment on the basis of fundamentals.
∎ Portfolio monitoring and ongoing analysis.
∎ Performing an initial quantitative and qualitative analysis and review of existing and potential fund investments.
∎ Participating in investment negotiations, pricing.
∎ Work closely with senior team members in organization, including idea generation and industry screening.
∎ Due diligence, including preliminary fundamental credit analysis and valuation.
∎ Communicate extensively with senior management, analysts, and other regulatory authorities.
∎ Assist in reporting on quarterly basis Investment summaries.
∎ Reviewing monthly reports on existing portfolio including budgets, performance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have at least 03-05 years of experience in respective field.
∎ Must have analytical and effective decision making skill with advanced financial management knowledge.
∎ Investment banking experience (leveraged finance, M&A) or principal (buy/sell) experience.
∎ Strong presentation and communication skills.
∎ Knowledge on interpretation and implementation of Financial derivatives.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & under pressure as needed.
