Responsibilities & Context:
Inventory Control & Monitoring
Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, finished goods, spare parts, and consumables.
Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory availability.
Prevent overstocking, stock shortages, and inventory losses.
Stock Receiving & Issuance
Supervise receiving, unloading, inspection, and storage of materials.
Ensure proper documentation during stock receiving and issuing.
Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for smooth material flow.
Inventory Planning
Forecast inventory requirements based on production and sales plans.
Maintain minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.
Coordinate with Procurement/Supply Chain for timely replenishment.
ERP & System Management
Update inventory transactions in ERP/software systems.
Ensure all inventory data is accurate and updated regularly.
Prepare inventory reports and stock movement analysis.
Physical Stock Verification
Conduct daily, monthly, and yearly stock counts.
Perform cycle counting and physical inventory audits.
Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Warehouse Management
Ensure proper storage, labeling, stacking, and safety standards.
Maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
Monitor warehouse cleanliness and security.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare inventory aging reports, slow-moving stock reports, and consumption analysis.
Submit regular MIS reports to management.
Maintain all inventory-related documents and recor
