∎ Age 23 to 36 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with procedures.
∎ Processing inventory basic analysis (file import, upload data from SAP).
∎ Validation of inventory analysis results Stock corrections in SAP Completing the international document database.
∎ Support in stock counts planning
∎ Checking and updating status of deliveries in SAP.
∎ Working with emails to answer questions related deliveries Contact with Sales Department, Area Sales Managers with Stores and Warehouse.
∎ Update, keep and track of databases (for inventory preparation)Creation & distribution of Reporting Creation of inventory reports Regular reports about deliveries or corrections.
∎ Knowledge in advance excel will add extra value.
∎ Generate reports and make recommendations to optimize inventory, such as adjusting reorder points, safety stock levels, and replenishment strategies
∎ Collect inventory and sales data, identify and analyze discrepancies, develop and improve inventory control systems, and maintain detailed records of transactions
∎ Analyze sales trends, demands, and forecasting Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory.
∎ Count a portion of a company's inventory on a regular basis to keep a more accurate count
∎ Generate updated inventory reports and complete monthly inventory reconciliations
∎ Excellent English communication skills. ( Speaking & Writing)
∎ Advance Microsoft Excel knowledge.
∎ Power BI, Tableau & SQL query will add extra value.
∎ Sound knowledge in SAP (HANA, FICO, FIORI) module.
∎ At least 3 years of experience in similar fields.
