• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Age 24 to 26 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical Servers including DELL, HPE, and Cisco Systems.
• Monitor server health and performance; assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Support the deployment and administration of enterprise SAN storage solutions such as DELL, HPE, NETAPP, Synology, and Asustor.
• Aid in the installation and administration of Windows Server, Red Hat, and Linux-based systems on both physical and virtual infrastructures.
• Contribute to the configuration, management, and administration of virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox.
• Support the implementation and administration of backup and disaster recovery tools including Veeam, Veritas, and Commvault.
• Assist in designing optimized infrastructure solutions tailored to CUSTOMER requirements, under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in CUSTOMER meetings with senior engineers to gather requirements and help present proposed solutions.
• Participate in hands-on training sessions and job shadowing with senior engineers.
• Assist in documenting system configurations and preparing technical documentation and reports.
