Responsibilities & Context:
- Connect the brand with prospective customers through targeted outreach and solution alignment.
- Assist in managing and updating the sales funnel, ensuring accuracy of lead status and next actions.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and present to management.
- Maintain Relationship with Customer, record and track interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress.
- Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement and refine sales strategies aimed at driving revenue.
- Analyze customer needs and behavior to tailor solution offerings and improve engagement.
- Participate in client meetings, product demos, and presentations alongside senior team members.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to support strategic sales planning.
- Prepare regular sales reports, performance summaries, and activity trackers for internal review.
